Working on this project to build a two-sided marketplace meant solving for two opposing users in one space. The core challenge was building trust between strangers—service seekers needed simplicity and reliability, while professionals required powerful tools to manage their work. Moreso, understanding the needs and thought-patterns of the users in the primary location where this project was designed for.
